  • Example of a Half-Term Minecraft Education Program

Here’s an example of how a typical project might evolve over the course of a half-term. Each learner’s experience is customised, so the structure, pace, and focus areas will be tailored to their unique goals.

Week 1: Project Planning & Goal Setting
In the first session, learners explore their interests and set personal goals for their project.

Outcome: A tailored project plan with individual learning objectives.

Week 2: Project Design & Initial Build
Learners begin building the core structure of their project, using creativity and problem-solving skills.

Outcome: Initial design and project structure developed.

    Weeks 3-5: Problem-Solving, Coding, & Refinement
Learners dive deeper into coding and creative problem-solving, applying feedback and making adjustments to their project.

Outcome: Increased proficiency in coding, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Week 6: Final Presentation & Reflection
Learners complete their project and reflect on the progress they’ve made, presenting their work to parents, SENCOs, or local authorities.

Outcome: A completed project that showcases their development in creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
