Diagnosed with ADHD at 10, I intimately understand the struggles students face, fueling my dedication to creating an environment where every child thrives.A former manager once referred to me as a “SEMH Whisperer” for my ability to connect with and support highly dysregulated students.

At Elevate-Ed, where I serve as Lead Practitioner, I’m passionate about providing a nurturing and engaging learning experience tailored to each student’s needs.

As an SEN Instructor in residential care, I played a key role in our team earning an OFSTED Outstanding rating, with my planning receiving special commendation. This experience solidified my belief in combining academic learning with physical activities to enhance student engagement and well-being.Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience and insight into the diverse needs of students, especially those with ASC, MLD, and complex challenges.
