"Aaron has been working with us at NDHS since the Autumn Term. The unique approach of providing alternative provision within schools allows our young people to access a flexible curriculum while building positive staff relationships and establishing safe boundaries within the school environment.

Aaron’s approach puts relationships first, which aligns with our school ethos and embeds the importance of trauma-informed approaches.

Schemes of work are child-centred, well-communicated, and paced with clear outcomes linked to pupils' EHCPs and areas of need. Regular feedback and reviews, including the team around the child, build trust, improve engagement, and attendance.

We've seen our children open up, build resilience, and become reflective socially, emotionally, and academically. It’s small steps that make a huge difference.

"From the start, everything has been seamless. Aaron picked up on his needs quickly and the whole experience has made us both feel really supported."

"My child’s confidence in himself has improved so much. He now talks to me about his day and even wants to continue some of the activities we’ve done at home. He’s cooked for me — and felt really proud doing so."

"He gets enthusiastic about going to Elevate-Ed — more so than he ever did about mainstream. We don’t have any meltdowns afterwards. He’s content. It’s been lovely to see."

"The personalised timetable and session updates give me the opportunity to talk things through with him — praising the good moments and gently discussing anything tricky. It helps me stay connected with how he’s feeling and what he’s achieving."
